Major changes can feel overwhelming.

If you're feeling the need to start small,

and keep things more manageable - 

then this is the option for you.

Let's spend these 50 minutes

discussing some small changes

to make your diet and lifestyle

a little bit healthier.

1. 50-minutes, "To the Point"

One 60-minute session

each week - for 6 weeks. 

The first two weeks will be focused

on nutrition - what to eat, and

how to optimize your pantry.

(We can schedule a pantry  makeover

as a perfect first step towards

healthier eating!)

The third & fourth week will be

focused on lifestyle -

exercise, stress, and sleep.

Each of these first four weeks

will include your writing down

your goals and objectives

on each of the topics,

all the while beginning to shift

your perspective towards a

long-term transformation.

(Don't worry - I will personally

walk you through these steps -

and I WILL hold you accountable!)

The last two weeks in this program will

be spent reviewing your progress,

making minor adjustments, and setting you on

your path towards optimal health.  You will

complete this program feeling in control

of your health, with new tools to carry your improvements forward for life.

- for 12 weeks.  You will be coming to this

program with deep motivation, and a

high degree of investment -  willing to

put in the time & effort to do the work

required for significant changes.

I will be bringing my "A" game, but

your level of commitment

will be the determining factor.


We will follow a similar format to the

"Drilling Down" program, but the direction

will be much more comprehensive.


As your personal coach, I will bring

all of my skills, and I will

provide unceasing accountability

to help you incorporate each resource,

tool and strategy into your life.

You will complete this program

having made your health & 

wellness a LIFESTYLE!,

rather than a phase.
