About ME

I believe that health is not just the

absence of disease, but a state of complete

physical, mental, and social well-being.

With proper support and tools, this is

an attainable goal for all of us!


Recent estimates are suggesting that

nearly 70% of adult Americans are above

normal weight; and that some 34% of those

who are overweight are actually obese. 

Obesity is being labeled as an epidemic,

placing us at greater risk for 

chronic diseases, such as an increased

risk of developing type 2 diabetes,

heart disease, and high blood pressure.

 The greatest cost of these chronic diseases

is the poor quality of life that too many

people have to experience.


As a health and wellness coach,

I want to help you live as healthy and

vibrant a life as possible!


Studies have shown that wellness

coaching programs can significantly

improve eating habits,  by encouraging

healthy lifestyle choices -

helping to address excess weight gain.
